Book review good vibes, good life

This book is all about improving your life by practising self-love and self-care, as well as turning negative thoughts into good ones.

This may sound cliche, but having more money, more belongings, or a different career does not guarantee a happy existence. Finding out what makes you happy and then doing it is the key to living a fulfilled life.

Being grateful in life makes you appreciate the small things in life more, such as spending time with family and friends or watching a movie with your partner.

Vex King wrote the book, which was the number one Sunday Times bestselling non-fiction book in 2021.  The book is good in my opinion because it teaches you to get outside of your comfort zone. Changes are a part of life, and figuring out what makes you happy is part of manifesting what you deserve.

Good Vibes, Good Life is a book on manifesting your desires, living meaningfully, and appreciating the simple things. The author discusses how to be content with oneself by embracing what is already there. With this understanding as a basis, you may begin manifesting right immediately.

A better way of life is to believe that you have it and that you deserve the best from it.

The book teaches you valuable life skills such as manifesting what you want and coming to know your better self.  This book taught you the importance of practising the law of vibration and controlling your emotions.

The lovely thing about the book is how connected you feel to it and how the words keep brainstorming in your head. With a lot of great energy surrounding you, the book discusses how we attract what we focus on, whether it's positive or bad. It also discusses how we need to modify our methods of thinking and doing things so that we are more aware of our limiting beliefs and can change them for better outcomes.

You can't just create something; you have to believe in it and channel your emotions towards your goal. You can't merely wish for something; you have to feel it! This is how you will get closer to your goals and make them a reality. That is why it is important to learn more about the law of vibration.

One of the most fascinating aspects of this book is how our ideas may change our moods at any time. Vex King advises us to take care of ourselves physically and spiritually so that we are prepared for anything life throws at us.

That is why this book is one of my favourites; it lifts my spirits and helps me decide where I want to go in life. The more you want to achieve your goals and aspirations, the more difficult it will be to do so. However, with the appropriate mindset and positive thinking, you can get through it, and the law of manifestation and reading books like this will help you clear your mind.
